Failed to Load Bypass FIX

1. Make sure VcRuntime is downloaded (as stated in preparation)

2. Make sure Medal.tv has all of the right setting as well ran as Admin before loading bypass

3. Restart Computer after done all of the fixes

4. Reload the Bypass!
